Our CASE STUDIES

Once you start a new project, you want to make sure it’s implemented and tested on time and on budget, meeting your quality criteria.

Ruhrgas

“We are the leading gas company in Germany and make a very important contribution to gas requirements in Germany as well as increasingly in neighbouring countries. We employ approximately 2,600 people and sell 600 billion kWh of gas.” ruhrgas.com

Ruhrgas is a large company, with a small UK office of consultants. They were getting by on a primitive peer-to-peer system. Their email address was under the BT Internet domain that downloaded onto only one PC. These emails would then be printed and distributed! Ruhrgas had registered its own domain which was on all their business cards, but its system was not able to support it. They had recently re-thought their business strategy, along with recruiting more staff and decided a robust IT infrastructure was required to enable their plans to be realised.

Recent TESTIMONIALS

“The advantage for the stores staff is that the necessary information is now completed on-line by the researchers, and automatically transferred to an order, saving time and reducing errors.”
